
Breaded Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

4Needed ingredients:
For the shrimp:500 grams peeled and deveined shrimp
2 eggs
2 tbsp mustard
1 packet breadcrumbs
A little flour for coating
Salt
Black pepper
Sunflower oil for frying
For the cocktail sauce:
200 grams mayonnaise
80 grams ketchup
30 ml cognac or whiskey
50 grams sour cream
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
Salt
White pepper
How to prepare:
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Beat the eggs and add the mustard. Dredge the shrimp in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot sunflower oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve the breaded shrimp with the sauce. Enjoy!
