8Needed ingredients:
For the dough:• 300 g flour
• 150 g butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp cold water
For the filling:
• 400 g salmon fillet
• 2 onions
• 300 g cream cheese
• 3 eggs
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Dill
• Grated cheese for sprinkling
How to prepare:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with diced butter. Stir until combined. Add salt to taste, the egg, and water, and knead. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and place it in a 26 cm diameter baking tray. Make small holes with a fork on the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 6-7 minutes.2. In a pan, sauté the cleaned and finely diced onions for 5-6 minutes. Add the previously chopped salmon fillet into small pieces and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper, and let it cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, and dill. Add the salmon mixture. Pour the resulting mixture onto the dough and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
