Baked Salmon with Butter and Honey

Needed ingredients:

800 g Salmon fillet
1 lemon
2-3 large tomatoes
150 g butter
3 cloves garlic
A pinch of dried oregano
A pinch of thyme
1 tbsp honey
Salt and black pepper to taste

How to prepare:

Melt the butter and place it in a bowl. Add garlic, honey, and the remaining herbs. Mix well.
In a baking dish, lay out a large piece of aluminum foil. Arrange slices of lemon, tomatoes, and a few sprigs of thyme on the foil. Place the salmon on top.
Fold the foil from all sides, not covering the salmon completely, but creating a barrier to prevent the sauce and butter from leaking.
Pour the melted butter mixture over the salmon and sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
