Needed ingredients:

600 g skinless hake fillets
200 ml beer
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
Black pepper
Ground nutmeg
Salt
Cooking oil for frying

How to prepare:

Cut the fillets into pieces and season them with salt, black pepper, and ground nutmeg.
Beat the egg yolks and whites separately. To the egg yolks, add the flour and beer. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture, then add the beaten egg whites and mix again.
Dip the fillets into the batter and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
