Needed ingredients:

4 Northern Wolffish steaks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)

How to prepare:

In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, black pepper, and crushed garlic. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Clean and rinse the Northern Wolffish steaks. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Dip each cutlet first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Make sure the cutlets are well coated with breadcrumbs.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once done, remove the steaks onto paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve them warm with your favorite side dishes or sauces.
