
Crispy Smoked Salmon Bruschettas

1 French baguette200 g cream cheese
150 g smoked salmon slices
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh chives
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
How to prepare:
Slice the baguette into pieces approximately 1 cm thick and bake in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for about 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy.In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese with finely chopped fresh chives, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Once the bread is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the slices and top with smoked salmon.
Add capers and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley, if desired.
