Needed ingredients:

450 g squid
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
vegetable oil for frying
For the milk sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt and black pepper to taste

How to prepare:

Cut the squid into rings.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Dip the squid rings into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the squid rings in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
Drain on paper towels.
For the milk sauce, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Serve the fried calamari with the milk sauce. Enjoy!
