
Fragrant Tagliatelle with Shrimp

4Needed ingredients:
500 g Shrimp2 tbsp of finely chopped onion
4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
2 cups of heavy cream
Zest of 3 lemons
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 Package of tagliatelle
How to prepare:
Bring a pot of salted water to boil.Peel the shirmp, marinate with half of the lemon zest and garlic.
Drop the tagliatalle into the boiling water. Cook paste according to package directions. Drain.Squeeze 2 of the lemons zest and garlic.
Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a skillet and add the ramining lemon zest and garlic.
Add the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes. Add the juice of the remaining lemon.
Heat the remaning butter and olive oil in the skillet. Sear the shrimp.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and the shirmp, add shredded parmesan cheese on top.
